These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Cervello, an AI-powered business advisor platform for e-commerce merchants. By creating an account or using Cervello, you agree to these terms.
You agree to use Cervello only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this platform by anyone else.
Your use of Cervello is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Cervello offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring monthly basis. Details on cancelling, refunds, and what happens if a payment fails are covered in the Cancellation & Refunds section below.
You can cancel your Cervello subscription at any time from your account's Billing settings. Before your cancellation is finalized, we may ask why you're leaving and may offer an alternative (such as a discount or a paused subscription) — you're free to decline and proceed with cancellation regardless.
If you cancel partway through a billing period, you'll receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of that period, calculated based on the number of days remaining. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Once cancelled, your access to paid features ends at the point of cancellation, consistent with the prorated refund above.
If a renewal payment fails, we'll automatically retry the charge over the following 7 days. During this period, your account keeps its current plan access. If payment hasn't succeeded after 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You'll be notified by email if a payment fails and again if your account is downgraded.
You can resubscribe at any time from your Billing settings. Reactivating doesn't restore any previously cancelled billing period.
Cervello provides AI-generated insights and recommendations to help inform business decisions. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from decisions made based on this guidance.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
